Blues for Soldiers
This is a weekly Sunday event called Blues for Soldiers at The Gunners Club on Henry St, in Brantford. The money goes to support Soldiers who suffer from PTSD. Every week there's a different Blues performer who plays with the house band who are excellent!!
Cover charge of $10 that goes towards supporting the soldiers with PTSD.

Household Hazardous Waste Event - Dunnville Roads Yard
Are you wondering where to get rid of hazardous waste because it isn’t accepted in the garbage collection program? Do you have end-of-life electronics kicking around that you need to get rid of? Well you’re in luck! Haldimand County hosts four household hazardous waste and waste electronic events each year in four different areas throughout the County. See below for event details!
Please note that this program is for residents only.
Visit the Recycle My Electronics website for a list of acceptable electronic waste.
Use the “What Goes Where” search tool to determine if an item is considered hazardous waste and is accepted at our events.

Eclipse Public Information Session - Hagersville
Join us at the Hagersville Library where local amateur astronomer Ryan Snyder will explore what an eclipse is, how and where to get the best view on April 8th and tips and tricks to photographing the eclipse.
Solar glasses will be provided to the first 100 participants attending on a first come first served basis. Registration is required, contact your local library branch for more information.

SOLAR ECLIPSE INFO SESSION - HAGERSVILLE LIBRARY
Join the library for a special presentation by amateur astronomer Ryan Snyder to learn more about the 2024 Solar Eclipse happening on April 8th.
Learn what an eclipse is, how and where to get the best view, as well as tips and tricks to photograph the eclipse.
Everyone is welcome.
The first 100 people attending will receive solar glasses (first-come-first-served).

Community Living Haldimand is hosting a Community Easter Egg hunt at our location at 2256 River Road in Cayuga, Ontario on March 23 from 10am-1pm. Easter bags for hunting will be provided, and there will be crafts, goodie bags, and photos with the Easter Bunny! The event will be happening rain or shine.

Free Community Easter Egg Hunt
Community Living Haldimand is set to celebrate their 65th Anniversary of helping adults with a developmental disability. Celebrations will include a number of Community Events.
The first upcoming event is in partnership with the Fisherville Lion's Club. A Free Community Easter Egg Hunt at the Community Living Haldimand Head Office, 2256 River Road Cayuga.
The event will run from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with refreshments , crafts, the Easter Bunny and of course, the hunt. The easter egg hunts will have age categories and will be accessible to all abilities and will start at 11:00am.

Visit with the Easter Bunny
Hop on over to Joseph Brant Museum for a Visit with the Easter Bunny! Families can book a 5-minute time slot for a private visit with the Easter Bunny (1 ticket per family, 6 people maximum). Henry’s Camera will be taking professional photos, and providing one digital image and a “Free Instant 8×10 Print” voucher for use at an in-store kiosk. Parents are also welcome to use their own cameras. Children can also take part in an Easter egg hunt throughout the galleries and complete an Easter-themed craft. There will also be a mini-Makers market on site, and some hot chocolate to enjoy!
Ticket includes a pre-booked visit and photos with the Easter Bunny, admission to Joseph Brant Museum, an Easter egg hunt throughout the galleries, hot chocolate and craft for each child registered, and access to a mini-Makers Market. Please note that it takes approximately 1 week for the professional images taken to be edited and sent to your inbox by Henry’s.
