Fozzy's Fight
Fozzy's Fight invites you to join us on Sunday, June 14, 2026, 11:00am - 2:00pm at Memorial Park in Waterdown, ON, for our fifth annual Fozzy's Fight Walk to End Brain Tumours. Our annual Walk to #EndBrainTumours is a day of fun in the park to fundraise, raise awareness, and honour Nicholas Foster and all those who are impacted by brain tumours. This event includes a variety of free activities for all ages including (but not limited to) face painting, live music, lawn games, draw prizes, and the walking loop. Attendees can also expect a free BBQ lunch courtesy of Waterdown Fortinos and the Carlisle Optimist Club.

Learn what to plant to meet your gardening goals, whether that might be colourful garden beds with native plants that will welcome pollinators, creating pleasing spaces in which to relax or growing fresh food for the table. These interactive workshops are free and run from 1:00-3:30 with a 30 min one-on-one Q&A with a Master Gardener.

The Cayuga Community Cafe is a weekly initiative helping our community access simple and nutritious meals. Every Friday from 11:30am - 1:00pm at St. John the Divine Anglican Church come by to enjoy a meal free of charge. Freewill donations are appreciated to help offset expenses, and all net proceeds are donated to the Cayuga Foodbank.
