Blooms for a Cause is a collaborative fundraising initiative between the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and Six Nations Community Hospice. Celebrate the arrival of spring with beautiful hanging baskets that will brighten your home while making a meaningful difference in two communities.

Every purchase helps provide compassionate, end-of-life care and grief support services for individuals and families across Haldimand-Norfolk and Six Nations.

Together, your support allows both organizations to continue their vital work and advance a shared vision of accessible, community-based hospice palliative care for all who need it.
