Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice – Hike for Hospice 

The 2026 Hike for Hospice is more than just a walk—it’s a heartfelt community tradition rooted in honour, compassion, and collective hope. Each step taken supports the mission of the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice as we work toward building a Hospice Palliative Care Centre that will serve families throughout Haldimand and Norfolk counties.
