Brantford’s loudest fundraiser rides again!
Volunteer community group Ensuring Brant is continuing the 20-year tradition of fundraising support for Lansdowne Children’s Centre for child development, organizing the 21st Charity Motorcycle Ride for Lansdowne Kids, to roll out from Brimich Logistics on Saturday, June 28.
Brian Kinrade, born, raised and resident of Brantford and multi-time rider in the charity event, is leading the volunteer group made up of past riders, Lansdowne client families, and supporters of Grand Erie’s children’s treatment center.
In 2025, the ride will start and finish at Brimich Logistics, 15 Kraemer’s Way in Brantford, off Highway-403 at Oak Park Road. The event includes a continental breakfast, hot lunch, live music, and a 90-minute police-escorted tour leaving Brantford to travel along the Grand River into Haldimand County, returning across the north of Norfolk County into Brant County and Brantford. Brantford Police lead the ride, often joined by motorcycle riding police escorts from other regions including Waterloo, Hamilton and London.
Registration and check-in will open at 9:00 a.m. in the morning, and at 11:00 a.m. kickstands will go up to begin the ride.
