CELEBRATE LEGION WEEK AT DUNNVILLE BRANCH 142!
Mark your calendars! Royal Canadian Legion Branch 142, located at 305 Queen St. in Dunnville, is pulling out all the stops for Legion Week. Packed with live music, delicious food specials, classic games, and community fun, there is something for everyone to enjoy every single day.
Here is the full schedule of events:
Monday, September 21
4:00 PM — Special Supper Club: Kick off the week with a delicious dinner for only $10!
7:00 PM — TV Bingo: We are thrilled to welcome back TV Bingo! Grab your cards and play along.
Tuesday, September 22
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (approx.) — Live Music: Keys & Strings takes the stage to entertain.
4:00 PM onward — Food Special: Feeling hungry? Grab a slice of pizza and 4 wings for just $5!
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Line Dancing: Everyone is welcome to come out, get moving, and learn some steps.
All Day — Snooker Returns: It's Ladies' Night! Head down and stick around for the return of snooker.
Wednesday, September 23
Euchre Tournament: Calling all card players! Join in on the fun with a $5 buy-in and great prizes up for grabs.
Thursday, September 24
Darts Return: Grab your set and head over as our regular dart league play gets back underway.
Friday, September 25
5:00 PM — Meat Draw: Get your tickets early for your chance to win fresh meat cuts!
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Karaoke Night: Show off your vocal talents or cheer on your friends.
6:30 PM — Annual Chili Cook-Off: Think you have the best recipe in town? Bring your best chili batch in to compete for top honors!
Saturday, September 26 — Grand Outdoor Festival
Saturday is going to be a blast with continuous action all afternoon long:
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM — The Dunk Tank is Back! Take your best shot at dunking local branch members, MPP Bobbi Ann Brady, and Mayor Shelley Ann Bentley!
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Cottage Springs Tasting: Sample refreshing beverages during this special tasting event.
1:00 PM until sold out — Back Road BBQ: Serving up incredible barbecue food—get there early before it’s gone!
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Live Music: The Allen Brothers & Company take the stage to keep the party rockin'.
Sunday, September 27 — Legion Week Finale
Wrap up a fantastic week with family-friendly entertainment:
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Afternoon Karaoke: One last chance to take the mic!
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM — Free Family Movie Matinee: Bring the kids for a fun, free movie session.
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM — Live Music: Easy Money Band brings down the house to close out the celebrations.

Cayuga Community Cafe
The Cayuga Community Cafe is a weekly initiative helping our community access simple and nutritious meals. Every Friday from 11:30am - 1:00pm at St. John the Divine Anglican Church come by to enjoy a meal free of charge. Freewill donations are appreciated to help offset expenses, and all net proceeds are donated to the Cayuga Foodbank.
