    Blooms for a Cause | Supporting Community Hospice Care

    Back by popular demand—now growing even stronger together! Blooms for a Cause is a collaborative fundraising initiative between the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and Six Nations Community Hospice. Celebrate the arrival of spring with beautiful hanging baskets that will brighten your home while making a meaningful difference in two communities.

    Every purchase helps provide compassionate, end-of-life care and grief support services for individuals and families across Haldimand-Norfolk and Six Nations.

    Together, your support allows both organizations to continue their vital work and advance a shared vision of accessible, community-based hospice palliative care for all who need it.

    Pre order by April 30th, and choose one of two locations for pickup May 9th!

    Silver Lake Market in Port Dover is a weekly farmers’ market that brings local vendors and producers together every Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at 320 St. Patrick Street, beside Silver Lake.     oin us for the 11th Annual County of Brant Community Tree Plant — and help us reach our goal of planting 1,000 trees!

    There’s nothing better than getting your hands a little dirty for a great cause. Every tree we plant helps clean our air, create wildlife habitat, and make our community even more beautiful for generations to come.
    Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just love being outdoors, this is your chance to make a real impact — one shovel at a time!
     No registration required — just drop in!
     Warm lunch will be provided!
     Don’t forget your shovel, gloves, closed-toe footwear, and rain gear (just in case!).
