Blooms for a Cause | Supporting Community Hospice Care

Back by popular demand—now growing even stronger together! Blooms for a Cause is a collaborative fundraising initiative between the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and Six Nations Community Hospice. Celebrate the arrival of spring with beautiful hanging baskets that will brighten your home while making a meaningful difference in two communities.

Every purchase helps provide compassionate, end-of-life care and grief support services for individuals and families across Haldimand-Norfolk and Six Nations.

Together, your support allows both organizations to continue their vital work and advance a shared vision of accessible, community-based hospice palliative care for all who need it.

Pre order by April 30th, and choose one of two locations for pickup May 9th!

Silver Lake Market in Port Dover is a weekly farmers’ market that brings local vendors and producers together every Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at 320 St. Patrick Street, beside Silver Lake. Free parking is convenient, and the market’s location near Silver Lake adds to the relaxed weekend vibe.
