Spring Tide Bulb ShowHundreds of spring bulbs will be on display at the Gage Park Greenhouse. There will also be a vendor market place, café and flower shop. This annual event occurs in March and the themes change annually. The Spring Tide Bulb Show is located at Gage Park Greenhouse.
This is a great way to spend time with family. Bring the family, participate in our scavenger hunt and enjoy the first sights, sounds, and smells of spring! Free admission and parking. Get your benefits and credits. If you have a modest income and a simple tax situation, volunteers can do your tax return for you!
Tax year 2024 will take priority during Mar., Apr. & May.
The number of clients served and the number of years filed may vary, depending on the volunteers available.

Bethany United Church Fundraiser
Bethany United Church Fundraiser will be held Saturday March 15th
10am-2pm
Our fundraiser event is held in Attercliffe Station corner of Robinson Rd and Carter Rd in the community of Dunnville.
Penny sale indoor garage sale and a stew luncheon.
The stew being offered is beef, chicken and gluten free with a roll beverage and pie for dessert at a reasonable price of $15. Take out are also available.
Come and enjoy a luncheon and connect with our community always great to see some of our regular attendees as well as some new faces.
Many volunteers are helping to ensure the event is successful.

Construction Zone Activity Centre
Come out to the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology for their March Break Activity Centre! Enter the Construction Zone to experiment with different building materials like Lego, Mega Bloks, K’Nex, giant bricks, magnetic tiles, and more. Help make a miniature city by constructing a building with recycled materials and take home a construction-themed craft.

March Break Whitehern on Canvas
Explore Whitehern through the paintings and drawings of Ruby McQuesten. Ruby was a talented artist who once supported the family financially through teaching at Ottawa Ladies’ College. Each room will feature her work offering a family-friendly glimpse into the many pieces she created and different mediums she used to express herself.

Cayuga Preschool Skate
This is a drop in program, there is no registration. One parent/guardian per participant is permitted on the ice.
This is an opportunity for adults to teach children how to skate. This skating session is for children up to and including grade 3.
All participants must be in skates;
All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian on the ice;
Wearing a CSA approved helmet is strongly recommended;
Skating aids can be used for this program;
No hockey sticks or figure skating allowed;
Chairs, sleds, strollers & pylons are not permitted on the ice.

Caledonia Public Skate
This is a drop in program, there is no registration.
General Arena Rules
These guidelines apply to all arena programs;
1. All participants must respect and abide by posted signs and cooperate with arena staff. Rules are modelled from Ontario Recreation Facilities Association Inc., Public Skating Guidelines (September 2018)
2. Parents/Guardians - must be within sight and control of their children. Do not leave children unattended.
3. Food and Beverage Consumption - is permitted in the arena lobby and spectator seating areas only.
4. Games, Hockey Games and/or Hockey Sticks – no games are to be played at any time that will endanger the safety and/or the enjoyment of others, this includes horseplay, hockey games and the use of hockey sticks.
5. Keeping Pace - maintain reasonable control of your speed, course and direction. Do not skate in groups, Do not stop where you obstruct other skaters. Accept responsibility for knowing the range of your ability while on skates; skate within the limits of that ability and as appropriate to the session on which you are skating.
6. Shoes - ice skates required, no street shoes.
7. Skating Aids – only permitted during pre-school skate.
8. Wheelchairs/Sledges - wheelchairs and sledges are welcome. Individuals using these devices must travel in the same direction as other skaters. Attendants/helpers are welcome to assist individuals, however must wear skates or ice cleats on the ice surface.
9. Use of Helmets – helmets are strongly recommended.
10. Technology – headsets, cell phones, cameras or other handheld electronic devices are not to be used while skating.
11. Carrying of Children – children must not be carried by any means(i.e. on shoulders in arms or in a carrier) while on the ice.
12. Sitting on Boards – patrons may not sit on rink boards at any time.
13. Figure Skating – figure skating maneuvers are only permitted during open figure skate.
14. Chairs, sleds, strollers and pylons are not permitted on the ice surface.
