Older Adult & Caregiver Day
The Greater Hamilton Health Network (GHHN) is hosting its third-annual "Older Adult & Caregiver Day" in Haldimand. 20+ health and social service providers will be present at this free event on November 3rd 2025, which aims to provide health and wellness information & services to older adults and their caregivers in Haldimand.
Attendees will be able to receive services (blood pressure checks, seasonal vaccines, cancer screening, and assistance finding a family doctor), learn more about resources in the area, and provide feedback on important health needs for this population.
This health fair aligns with the work of Haldimand’s Seniors Advisory Committee, who have been approved to develop an Age-Friendly Community Action Plan. The Seniors Advisory Committee, alongside Haldimand County staff and Community Paramedics, will have a panel discussion on this topic, moderated by staff from the Haldimand Family Health Team.
The event runs 10:00am-1:00pm, November 3rd, at the Dunnville Lifespan Centre.
